    Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are small molecules produced by plant metabolism which are not only key regulatory factors for growth and development as well as plant defense pathway but also the deleterious byproducts of aerobic metabolism. The physiological processes of plant cell are controlled by an oxidative and reductive network which is regulated by ROS. The study progress of ROS signal and its regulations on plant resistance to stresses from aspects of generation location, temporospatial characters,ROS signal and its interaction with NO and Ca2+ wave were reviewed in the paper.

    Nuclear receptor subfamily 6 group member1 (Nr6a1) is an active ligand transcription factor member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, also known as germ cell nuclear factor (GCNF) or retinoic acid receptorrelated testisassociated receptor (RTR). As a transcription factor, Nr6a1 plays a role of transcriptional inhibition by binding to the DR0 element (TCAAGGTCA) in the target gene promoter region. Nr6a1 is mainly expressed in mature germ cells, differentiated embryonic stem cells and germ cell tumors such〖JP1〗 as teratoma, which suggested that the expression profile of Nr6a1 is spatiotemporal specificity and tissue specificity. To date, a number of upstream or downstream of Nr6a1 regulatory molecules including miR181a, let7, Oct4, PPARδ have been identified. Through the interactions with these genes, Nr6a1 plays an important regulating role in biological processes of development, cell differentiation and metabolism.

    Jaundice is a clinically common symptom and sign, which is caused by elevated blood bilirubin. Elevated levels of bilirubin in the blood not only indicate that there may be a severe primary disease, but that excessive bilirubin may also cause bilirubin encephalopathy, which in severe cases leads to death. Clinically, noninvasive screening can be performed early in the population using optical methods, and blood screening for positive screening patients can be performed for diagnosis, thereby increasing the probability of finding jaundice and related diseases. This article reviews the research progress of optical detection methods for bilirubin in recent years.

    Objective: This paper designs a photoacoustic imaging (PAI) system with a pulsed laser, clinical ultrasound (US) machine, array transducer, software platform and imaging samples. Key parameters, such as image resolution and maximum imaging depth, are supposed to be addressed. Methods: We imaged the cross section of the human black hair with our PAI system. To quantify the photoacoustic (PA) image resolution, full width at half maximum of the profile of PA signal amplitude has been analyzed. In addition, to determine the imaging depth of the system, we imaged an optical absorber with chicken breast tissue. Results:The results justified the implementation of the PAI system. The average axial and lateral resolution were ~0.18 and ~1.44 mm. The imaging depth of the system reached ~4.6 cm. Conclusion: The image resolution of PAI system is better than US image of US machine. The maximum imaging depth of the system shared the same order of magnitude as other pioneering international studies. The system is promising for further researches and clinical imaging.

    In this paper, we present a novelty alloptical dualmode photoacoustic and optical coherence tomography (OCT) system. The dualmode imaging system can realize the photoacoustic imaging and by using a single Michelson interferometer, which can obtain the absorption and scattering information of the tissue. The feasibility and capacity of the system was demonstrated with the mimicking experiments. In addition, in vivo experiments were conducted, the experimental results prove that the dualmode photoacoustic and optical coherence tomography system can acquire the microvasculaure and scattering structure image in tissue with high resolution. Furthermore,the dualmode imaging system has been applied in the detection of basal cell carcinoma and acquired some experimental results, which indicate that the dualmode imaging system has great potential to diagnose the skin tumour.

    Zebrafish, a model organism, is widely used today. Quantitative analysis of the physiological effects of drugcultured zebrafish embryos during development and obtaining accurate index values by visual observation is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to use computers. The basis for the quantitative analysis of zebrafish images is that the zebrafish embryo images can be segmented in the image according to the zebrafish’s physiological structure, i.e. the head, trunk and yolk. However, because of the limited number of experimental groups for specific drugs in zebrafish drug experiments, they cannot be segmented by machine learning such as deep learning, and only image processing modeling can be used for segmentation. In this paper, the image was semantically segmented by using distance transformation combined with watershed algorithm, subtraction clustering combined with Kmeans clustering algorithm and subtraction clustering combined with floodfilling algorithm. Finally, the physiological structure segmentation effect of floodfilling algorithm combined with subtraction clustering meet the purpose of the study, and the segmentation laid a good foundation for subsequent quantitative analysis in the medical research.

    Macrophage polarization plays an important role in bone repair. Once being implanted in the body, bone repair materials will trigger response of macrophage, making it switch to M1/M2 phenotype, thus affect the osteogenic effect of the material. In this work, Strontiumsubstituted micro/nano bioactive glasses (SrMNBG)with 0, 5%, 10% and 15% molar percent of strontium element were prepared, and the effect of SrMNBG on macrophage polarization was studied. Subsequently, the effects of SrMNBG with different strontium incorporation ratio on the osteogenic differentiation of murine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mMSCs) were evaluated. Finally, the in vivo assessment was conducted to verify the polarization of macrophage and osteogenesis of SrMNBG through in situ bone defect repair experiment. The in vitro results showed that compared with 0%SrMNBG,SrMNBG with 5%, 10% and 15% molar percent of strontium element could further promote macrophage polarization toward M2, and 10%SrMNBG displayed the best effect. Moreover, the secretion of macrophages modulated by 10%SrMNBG was more beneficial to osteogenesis. The in vivo results showed that there were more M2 macrophages around 10%SrMNBG after implantation in the body, and better bone repair effect was found in the 10%SrMNBG group, which were consistent with the in vitro results. Therefore, SrMNBG is expected to be a promising immunoregulatory material for bone repair.

    Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients with alopecia areata treated by the CO2 fractional lasersassisted drug transdermal delivery technique combined with topical 5% minoxidil tincture. Methods: 46 cases of alopecia areata were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 23 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser treatment, 1 times every 2 weeks, a total of 6 times, at the same time with topical 5% Minoxidil Tincture, 2 times a day. In the control group, only 5% Minoxidil Tincture was used externally and the usage was the same as the observation group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and dermatology life quality index (DLQI) of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 91.30% in the observation group and 65.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups (t=-0.912, P=0.367). After treatment, the DLQI scores were significantly lower than those before treatment (t=-10.42, P=0.000; t=-8.614, P=0.000), DLQI scores decreased significantly in the observation group compared to the control group (t=-2.6.36, P=0.012). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: Fractional CO2 laserassisted drug transdermal delivery technique combined with 5% Minoxidil Tincture in treatment of alopecia areata has significant clinical efficacy, mild adverse reactions, The method is simple, safe, worthy of clinical application.

    Objective: To discuss the application of 128 row 256 slice spiral computed tomography (CT) angiography in evaluating the risk degree of non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). Methods: 152 patients with NSTEMI were selected from July 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were examined by 128 row 256 slice spiral CT angiography and coronary angiography (CAG). The value of CT angiography for evaluating NSTEMI stenosis and its risk degree was evaluated. Results: For the check in NSTEMI no, mild, moderate, severe coronary artery stenosis, In CAG examination we had 18 cases, 30 cases, 62 cases, 42 cases; In CT angiography, we had 19 cases, 31 cases, 62 cases, 40 cases. Compared with CAG, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of CT angiography evaluating the NSTEMI coronary artery stenosis were respectively 98.51%, 94.44%, 98.03%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Compared with CAG, the coincidence rate of CT angiography evaluating the NSTEMI mild, moderate, severe coronary artery stenosis were respectively 86.67%, 90.32%, 90.48%,the Kappa value was 0.765, two examination has a good correlation. Conclusions:〖WTBZ〗128 row 256 slice spiral CT angiography can effectively evaluate the coronary artery stenosis and its risk degree of NSTEMI, it can be used as a noninvasive, simple and accurate screening method for the early assessment of NSTEMI condition,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.

    Asb11 gene was reported that it was associated with activation of Notch signaling pathway. The previous results in our lab showed that the gene expressed specifically in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle. Therefore, it was hypothesized that Asb11 gene might be a candidate gene related to heart development. In this study, CRISPR/Cas9 targeting technology was employed to knockout zebrafish Asb11 gene. Firstly, the most suitable target sites in Asb11 gene were screened out on websites. Secondly, doublestranded DNA of the Asb11 gene targeting gRNA was amplified by PCR. Thirdly, the Asb11 gene gRNA and Hcas9 mRNA were coinjected into zebrafish embryos at 1cell stage. The results of the effectivenesstest showed that bases were deleted in the exon1 of the zebrafish Asb11 gene, suggesting that the CRISPR/Cas9 system was effective for knockout of Asb11 gene. After screening in the F0, F1 and F2 generations, the lines of zebrafish with Asb11 gene knockedout were established successfully. The work laid a foundation for exploring the roles of Asb11 in zebrafish heart development.

    ASB11 is involved in the development of embryonic neural progenitor cells, regenerative myogenesis and ubiquitination, but its detailed mechanism of action has not been known. In order to further analyze the mechanism of zebrafish Asb11 gene, the antiASB11 specific polyclonal antibody by immunizing mice with DNA was prepared. The eukaryotic expression vector pCAGGSP7/ASB11 was constructed by using cDNA of zebrafish Asb11. BALB/c mice of 68 weeks old were immunized with pCAGGSP7/ASB11 to prepare antiserum against ASB11. The results showed that the pCAGGSP7/ASB11 recombinant plasmid was constructed with a rather good immunogenicity. The antibody valence of antiserum obtained from the immunized mice was 1〖DK〗∶400. Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence showed that the antiserum prepared by immunizing mice with DNA could specifically recognize the ASB11 protein. This research established  afoundation to reveal the mechanism of ASB11 protein.

    Objective: The effect of different soaking concentrations on the growth and development of different varieties of oats was studied by the soaking method with uniconazole. Methods:The experiment was conducted with different oat seeds including Jinyou 8, Kam Ⅲ 1618 and XHY-1, which were treated  with uniconazole with different concentrations(0, 15, 30 and 45 mg·L-1). Results: The results showed that soaking seeds with different concentrations of uniconazole have “astrict the aerial part but promote the underground part” effect of oats, it will promote root growth; increase chlorophyll and proline content of leaf, it also will reduce the content of malondialdehyde and enhance plant stress resistance, promote the industrialization of oats 
    cultivation. The morphological indicators and physiological indicators of Jinyou 8, XHY1 should be significantly better than KamⅢ 1618, and in this experiment Jinyou8 and XHY-1 have their uique indicator in various treatment with different uniconnazole concentrations. Conclusion: When combining with the method of uniconazole soaking seed treatment, in the actual production of Shanxi oats, it is recommended to use Jinyou 8, XHY-1 in production, and the appropriate soaking concentration of uniconazole is 15 mg·L-1.

    Objective:The aim is to establish regeneration system in vitro of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. Methods: To screen regeneration system scheme of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb, young stem and stem node and leaves and petioles and apical buds of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb were chosen as explants, and MS was used as basic medium with different plant growth regulators combinations to induce callus and buds and roots. Results: Callus could be induced from apical buds and young stem with early emergence and high quality, and the callus induction rate reached 100% in medium MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+ 2.4-D 0.5 mg/L. Among them, only the callus produced from apical bud could differentiate cluster buds. The medium for bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L, and the induction rate reached 98%. The suitable medium for rooting was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.3 mg/L with 100% induction rate. Conclusion:The regeneration system in vitro of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb was established and perfected, which laid a foundation for the construction of genetic transformation system in Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.

    To clarify the effects of exogenous hormones on rice drought stress and its physiological mechanism. Using cultivar rice variety Zhongjiazao 17 as the material, the differences in chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and the relationship of the yield and yield components were analyzed under the flood irrigation, drywet alternate irrigation, and drought irrigation. The results showed that drought irrigation significantly reduced the maximal photochemical quantum yield of PSⅡ, actual photon quantum efficiency, nonphotochemical quenching, effective panicles, grain number per panicle, and seed setting rate. Compared with tillering stage, rice at booting stage was more sensitive to drought stress and the maximum photosynthetic quantum yield, number of grains per panicle, and panicles per plant decreased more significantly under the same stress time period. After GA3 treatment, the maximum photochemical quantum yield, nonphotochemical quenching and photochemical quenching coefficient of PSII were reduced, which resulted in the reduction of effective panicles, 1 000grain weight and seed setting rate. ABA treatment can relieve the drought stress at booting stage, reduce the degree of photoinhibition in rice leaves, increase the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and enhance drought resistance. Taken together, IBA treatment under flooding conditions at the tiller stage yielded the highest yield, which increased by 7.4% compared to that of  the control. This is related to the increase of photosynthetic efficiency by IBA treatment.
