Abstract

The objective of this study is determine the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) in ultrasonic diagnosis and blood lipid, body mass index(BMI).The  physical examination data of 654 worker cases of serving and retired staff in a university during a period of two months from October 16th  2017 to  January  12th 2018 were  prospectively analyzed, the relationship between NAFLD ultrasonic diagnosis and fasting bloodglucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), body mass index. Ultrasonic diagnosed NAFLD 222 cases, accounted for 33.94%, which mild accounted for 50.90% (113/222), moderate accounted for 37.84% (84/222), severe accounted for 11.26% (25/222).The incidences rates of NAFLD in male group were significantly higher than those in female group. The incidences rates of hyperglycemia,TG positive and obesity height, body mass,BMI and FBG in male(NAFLD)groups were significantly higher than those in female(nonNAFLD) groups, P<0.05.HBVDNA load in male(NAFLD)groups were higher than female(nonNAFLD) groups, whereas the comparison had no significant differences,〖WTBX〗P>〖WTBZ〗0.05.It is found that NAFLD is commonly occurred in male, and the pathoglycemia, dyslipidemia and obesity are as its main characteristics, it plays vital significance in controlling the levels of TC, TG,BMI and  FBG for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.However  continuously monitoring HBVDNA loads is of great importance in directing antiviral treatment.
