Reflective spectroscopy is a noninvasive optical technique, which can improve diagnostic efficiency and realtime feedback. This review summarizes the application of reflectance spectroscopy in human skin, oral, lung, and nasopharyngeal tissue diseases, including the ex vivo tissue and in vivo tissue. The development foreground was prospected.
