摘要

摘 要:茶树是我国重要的经济作物,发展茶树的种植与加工在促进经济发展和农村减贫与乡村振兴中发挥了巨大贡献。光质作为光的一个重要因子,直接影响着茶树的生长发育进程与次生代谢产物的形成。深入了解茶树应对光质刺激的响应规律对茶产业高效发展具有重要意义。研究表明,光质对茶树生长发育与品质形成存在复杂的叠加效应和剂量效应,在愈伤组织生长与分化的不同发育阶段产生不同的刺激效果,对采摘后加工处理产生复杂的生物学效应。本文概述了光质对茶树生长发育、无性繁殖和加工处理过程中的生理生化与分子响应机制,旨在为光质促进茶树的优质生长、高效繁育和品质提升提供理论依据。

Abstract

Abstract: Tea is an important economic crop in China. The development of tea planting and processing plays an important role in promoting economic development, rural poverty reduction and rural revitalization. As an important factor of light, light quality directly affects the growth and quality of tea plant. Understanding the response of tea plant to light quality stimulus is of great significance to the efficient development of tea industry. Studies have shown that light quality has a complex superposition effect and dose effect on the growth and quality formation of tea plants. It produces different stimulation effects at different developmental stages of callus growth and differentiation, and has complex biological effects on post-harvest processing. This paper summarizes the physiological, biochemical and molecular response mechanisms of light quality on the growth and development, asexual reproduction and processing of tea plants, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for light quality to promote high-quality growth, efficient breeding and quality improvement of tea plants.
