淀粉基农药缓释材料的辐射制备及性能研究

摘要

摘 要:为降低农药使用量,减少农药造成的环境危害,采用60Co γ射线辐射合成了淀粉基农药缓释材料及不含淀粉的聚合物,研究了它们的旋转黏度、可降解性及淀粉基农药缓释材料对吡蚜酮的缓释效果。淀粉基农药缓释材料的可降解性优于不含淀粉的聚合物,其负载吡蚜酮的缓释效果优于凹凸棒土、马铃薯淀粉。5 min时,空白、凹凸棒土、淀粉和淀粉基农药缓释材料负载吡蚜酮的释放百分率分别为大于90%、大于50%和10%~20%;20 min时,空白、凹凸棒土、淀粉和淀粉基农药缓释材料负载吡蚜酮的释放百分率分别为99%以上、大于85%和51%~62%。

Abstract

Abstract: In order to reduce the use of pesticide and the environmental damage of pesticide, starch-based pesticide sustained-release materials and starch-free polymers were synthesized by 60Co γ-ray irradiation. The rotational viscosity, degradability and the sustained-release effects of pymetrozine were studied. The degradability of starch-based material is better than that of starch-free polymers and the pymetrozine sustained-release effect is better than that of attapulgite and starch constrast. At 5 minutes, the pymetrozine release percentage of blank sample was more than 90%, that of attapulgite or starch constrast was more than 50%, and that of starch-based materials was in the range of 10%~20%. At 20 minutes, the pymetrozine release percentage of blank sample was more than 99%, that of attapulgite or starch constrast were more than 85%, and that of starch-based materials was 51%~62%.
