摘要

摘 要:铁死亡是近年来新发现的一种铁依赖的区别于细胞凋亡、坏死、焦亡的程序性细胞死亡方式,其主要特点为铁离子累积与脂质过氧化的发生。研究表明,铁死亡在急性肾损伤、肾癌等肾脏相关疾病中起重要作用,但其确切机制尚未被完全揭示。随着铁死亡相关机制研究的不断发展,铁死亡在肾脏相关疾病治疗方面表现出良好的应用前景。本文对铁死亡相关机制及其在肾脏相关疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为肾脏相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路以及研究方向。

Abstract

Abstract: Ferroptosis is a new type of iron-dependent programmed cell death, which is different from apoptosis, necrosis and pyrodeath. Its main characteristics are iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation. Studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in kidney related diseases such as acute kidney injury and renal cancer, whereas its exact mechanism has not been fully revealed. With the development of the research on the mechanism of iron death, ferroptosis shows a good application prospect in the treatment of renal diseases. In this paper, the mechanism of ferroptosis and the research progress in renal related diseases are reviewed, in order to provide new ideas and research directions for the treatment of renal related diseases.
