昆虫嗅觉相关蛋白在其觅食、交配、防御、产卵、信息交流、栖息地选择等行为及生理活动方面起着十分重要的作用。荧光竞争结合试验是目前用于检测昆虫气味结合蛋白（OBPs）和化学感受蛋白（CSPs）与外界环境气味分子结合特性的典型方法。本文对荧光竞争结合试验在昆虫OBPs和CSPs上的相关研究及应用进行综述，为深入了解昆虫嗅觉识别机制、制定害虫防治和经济昆虫保护策略提供理论参考。
