为评估超脉冲CO₂激光治疗睑缘分裂痣的疗效和不良反应。选取使用超脉冲CO₂激光治疗48例1至45岁患者，选择光斑直径（1 mm），能量（60~100 mJ）和脉宽(1 ms)进行治疗，治疗间歇期为3~6个月。经1~4次治疗后，13例治愈，22例显著消退，13例好转。治疗后出现2例感染，2例瘢痕，2例色素减退。 结果表明超脉冲CO₂激光治疗睑缘分裂痣疗效显著，不良反应少。

The efficacy of ultrapulse CO₂ laser system was assessed in treating divided nevus of the eyelid. 48 patients who were 1~45 years old with divided nevus of the eyelid were treated by a ultrapulse CO₂ laser, with 1 mm spot size diameters with related energies from 60 to 100 mJ and pulse lengths of 1 ms. All treatments were given at 3~6 months interval. After 1~4 times of treatment, 13 cases were cured, all lesions of 22 cases were significantly dissipated, and 13 cases were improved. Several side effects were observed including two cases each of infection,scar and hypopingmentation respectively. The ultrapulse CO₂ laser offered efficient treatment of divided nevus of the eyelid and side effects were minimal.
