摘要

光片显微成像是一种新兴的影像技术。相比于其他光学成像技术,光片显微成像技术具有成像深度大、对比度高、成像速度快、低光漂白和光毒性、高时空分辨率等特性。这些优点都是生命科学研究所急需的。近几年,研究者应用光片显微成像技术在斑马鱼模型基础上取得了很多进展。本综述主要介绍了光片显微成像技术在胚胎生物学和神经科学方面相关的研究成果。

Abstract

Light sheet microscopy is a novel imaging technology. Compared with the other optical imaging technologies, the major advantages of light sheet microscopy include large imaging depth, high imaging contrast, fast imaging speed, low photobleaching, low phototoxicity, high spatial and temporal resolution. These unique advantages enable light sheet microscopy to become an excellent imaging method for the life science research. Researchers studying the growth and nervous system based on zebrafish obtatined lots of important result with the help of light sheet microscopy. In this paper, we provide a brief review of recent progress in the study of the embryonic system and the nervous system.
