Abstract：To study the salvia miltiorrhiza combined with laser treatment of rheumatoid arthritis rat model, it was provided the reference for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: It was injected the chicken collagen of typeⅡinto inducing rats rheumatoid arthritis model, which were randomly divided into group .We analyzed the weight and hemorheology of rats. Results: 1.Compared with the blank control group, it was have different weight in treatment group rats, in which was the most minimum growth weight in model group of rheumatoid arthritis rats, but the highest growth of rats in HeNe laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza. 2.Compared with the blank control group, it was different in whole blood reductive viscosity (low, medium and high cutting and erythrocyte aggregation index)of different treatment group, in which highest of the model group,but the lowest was in HeNe laser combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza. But in the whole blood reductive viscosity, high shear and red blood cells deposited there is no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with laser on type II collagen induced rheumatoid arthritis rat model has a certain degree of therapeutic effect.
