Abstract:With the extension of the average life expectancy of human beings, the incidence of malignant tumors is increasing, which seriously affects people’s quality of life and brings great material and mental loss to patients and their families. Therefore, the constant search for new and effective treatment of cancer is even more important. Highthroughput lowpower laser irradiation can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells by promoting the release of cytochrome C into the cytoplasm. Apoptosis of tumor cells further activates dendritic cells (DCs) that are the most potent antigenpresenting cells. The activated DCs initiate the adaptive immune response and the antitumor immune effect. The significance of this research is to explore the immune modulation effects of HFLPLI in the process of killing tumor cells.
