between the survival group and the death groupIt is found that the rs3748067 frequency of genotype C/T is higher in the death group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<005)The distribution frequency of heterozygous C/T genotype in the survival group was lower than that in the death group (OR=2051, CI=0016~1420), which might be a risk factor for the prognosis of gastric cancerThere was no significant difference of the frequency of the two genotypes A/G and G/G in loci rs1788058 (P>005)The SNP rs3748067 of IL17A gene might be correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer
